The New York Yankees and Atlanta Braves finish their current two-game series at Truist Park.

New York came to Atlanta after sweeping the Minnesota Twins in three games during their previous series. Meanwhile, the Braves swept the Baltimore Orioles 3-0 on the road over the weekend. Both teams carried respective 9-game winning streaks to Game 1 and it was New York who defeated Atlanta 5-1 on Tuesday to take the series opener.
